CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY PARKS

Spokane Valley Parks and Aquatics facilities provide residents and visitors with over 163 acres of unique parks and undeveloped areas, from small neighborhood playgrounds to larger multi-use parks and 3 outdoor pools that are operated seasonally (Memorial Day - Labor Day). Spokane Valley strives to support strong community values and to improve livability by providing and promoting quality recreation areas.
Parks are open daily from 6:00am to 10:00pm

Park Rules and Regulations
For the safety and enjoyment of all visitors the following activities are PROHIBITED:
- Presence in closed facilities. Park hours are strictly enforced.
- Trespassing
- Consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs
- Camping
- Defacing, damaging, modifying, or removing any park facility or property
- Motor vehicles off designated roadways and parking lots
- Open fires or fireworks
- Off leash pets – owners must clean up after pets
- Abandoning animals of any kind
- Archery, air/gas weapons, or explosive devices
- Discharging firearms
- Soliciting or selling any goods, services, food or beverage
- Posting of signs or handbills
- Littering
- Dumping of household or vehicle waste
- Amplifying of sound
- Horseback riding
- Skateboards, rollerblades, or bicycles in Discovery Playground, or on tennis courts, basketball courts, pavilions, stage, stairways, rails, walls, tables, benches or other structures
Exceptions by written permit only. Enforceable as per Chapter 6 of Spokane Valley Municipal Code Park Regulations. In case of emergency dial 911. For all other park related matters Monday – Friday call the Parks and Recreation Department at 688-0300 during business hours.
