Say “No” to Potholes
SPOKANE VALLEY, WA --- If you don’t like potholes, you can just say “NO” by reporting them to the Spokane Valley Public Works Department. It only takes a moment for you to help keep Spokane Valley’s roads in good condition, and it’s easy to do by phone or online.
To report potholes by phone, call 921-1000.
To report online, just go to the City of Spokane Valley’s website at www.spokanevalley.org and select the “Report a Problem” link from the menu at the left of the home page. Select the “Report a pothole” link to go to the Spokane Valley C.A.R.E.S. (Citizen Action Request online Entry System) page where you’ll see the online form you need to notify us.
Be sure to provide the following information to help us locate the pothole to be repaired:
- Location of the pothole – a street address closest to the pothole, or a description that includes the name of the street, nearest cross streets, side of the street (north, south, east, west) and the lane in which the pothole can be found (northbound, southbound, eastbound, westbound, curbside, turn lane, etc.);
- The size or severity of the pothole;
- Any additional information that may help us fix it.
- If you want us to contact you about your report, please be sure to include your name and an email address or daytime telephone number where you can be reached.
So please don’t hesitate to get in touch when you spot a pothole so we can all just say “NO” to potholes in Spokane Valley.
