Reserve Spokane Valley Parks Jan 2

SPOKANE VALLEY, WA --- If you’re planning a special outdoor event in 2013, it’s almost time to make your reservation for one of Spokane Valley’s many beautiful park facilities.  Reservations for the 2013 park season will be accepted starting at 8:00am on Wednesday, January 2.

Reservations are easy to make.  All you need to do is download a Facility Usage Application Form from our website at www.spokanevalley.org by selecting the Parks/Pools/Recreation link from the menu on the home page.  When you get to the Parks & Recreation Department page, select the “Forms” tab at the lower right side of the screen, and then select the Facility Usage Application form.  You can also download a copy of the helpful “How to Reserve a Park Facility” information.

If you’re not already familiar with the amenities available for reservation at Spokane Valley parks, check out the “Park Brochure Facility Guide” for ideas.

Once you’ve decided where and when you want to hold your event and have completed the Facility Usage Application form, follow the instructions on the form for submitting your application.  Be sure to include full payment of all fees and deposits.  Note:  Insurance may be required for some events; staff will contact applicant to advise if that is the case.

Facility Usage Application forms and facility guides are also available at CenterPlace Regional Event Center, 2426 N. Discovery Place, or at City Hall, 11707 E. Sprague Avenue in Spokane Valley.

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to submit your reservation form early.
