City records are available for public review and copies may be requested and obtained unless specifically exempted by state statute. To review records not on our website, please complete a public records request form (see below) so that we may schedule a time for you to come in to view the documents or to obtain copies. Any person wishing to inspect or have copies of public records, should make the request in writing on the City's public record request form, or by letter, fax, or e-mail addressed to the public records officer (City Clerk), or by telephone or in person.
Fees associated with providing public records are in the City's Fee Schedule adopted by resolution, see Schedule D - Administration.
It is the intent of the City to recover the cost of providing public records when the total cost, including but not limited to the per-page, device, envelope, or postage costs, amounts to $1.00 or more.
