Welcome to Planning & Zoning
The Planning Division is responsible for planning the physical growth and development of the City of Spokane Valley. In order to fulfill that responsibility, the division maintains the community's vision for growth in the City's Comprehensive Plan, reviews and revises the laws that regulate the use of property, and administers both the subdivision code and the zoning ordinance.
